Creative Spiritual Consultation honours our life's experiences, whatever
they may be, and considers the messages within them as spiritually inclined
toward our health and growth. Creative Spiritual Consultation uses a cross
section of methods in meditation, body centered psychotherapy, imagery and
expressive art to support clients in exploring the body-mind relationship
between their unconscious-conscious and material-spiritual selves. The
process accesses the emotional and spiritual causes behind psychological and
physical dis-ease or illness.
| How Is The Use of Imagery Healing? |
"Images, indeed all thoughts (and feelings) are electrochemical events,
which are intricately woven into the fabric of the brain and the body."
( Jeanne Achterberg - Imagery in Healing ) Our tissues, organs and cells
maintain this energetic information and through specific techniques we can
"ask" our bodies for information. When asked, and if we remain present to
our experience, our bodies respond with an array of information including
physical sensations, imagery, memories, emotions, or specific thoughts.
When released and honoured we experience the meaning of the information and
can choose our responses to it consciously. This choice in and of itself
releases the energetic pattern inherent in our dis-ease.
